This notice explains how Timeless Charts, operated by Samuel Manoel De Souza, handles information when you visit timelesscharts.com. It explains our website practices, including the choices available for analytics and embedded media.
Our default: optional analytics and embedded YouTube media are disabled until you choose to allow them. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Information we process
- Basic server/security data: your hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Analytics, if you opt in: Google Analytics 4 may process information about page views, navigation, approximate device/browser characteristics, interaction events and identifiers/cookies. We use it to understand site usage and improve the website.
- Embedded media, if you opt in: when you allow external media and play a video, YouTube/Google may receive information from your browser and process it under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Consent preferences: your essential privacy choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional features. We do not use this preference to track your activity across other websites.
Purposes and legal basis
We use technical information where necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website. Optional analytics and embedded media are activated only after your affirmative choice. Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings. You may continue to browse the website after rejecting optional features.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded before analytics consent. When enabled, it measures website usage and sends data to Google for processing. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google advertising signals are disabled in our configuration. Sharing and international transfers
Our hosting provider processes technical requests to serve the site. If you enable analytics or external media, Google/YouTube may process information under their own terms. These providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to their applicable arrangements and safeguards. We do not intentionally sell personal information or use this website to run third-party targeted-advertising pixels. If our providers or practices change, this notice and the consent choices should be updated.
Retention
Consent preferences are retained for up to six months, after which the site asks you to choose again. Server logs and Google Analytics data are retained according to the applicable provider settings and operational needs.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Some US state laws also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising and to use applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals.
